Today is the last day of the September contest I’m participating in. Here is today’s painting (the landscape) and some others from the previous days that I hadn’t posted here.

Here are some drawing from today’s figure group. The model had blue hair. This one is on Yupo paper. A slower, more careful approach on this one.
I spent the morning with a figure group. I tried something different for the long pose. It’s a slower approach on tan toned paper. I wasn’t sure I was going to add color. A 5 minute warm up.
I spent Day 5 at my Wednesday figure group. I tried to be slow and controlled with this one today. I’m not especially happy with it, but it was fun to try something different.
Our kids went back to school today and I got to go to my figure group. First, a couple of 5 minute poses in watercolor. Then the long pose in acrylic.
